We had an emergency with our tankless water heater. I called several plumbers and Gary at Plum Line got back to me right away and came out the same day. He showed me how to reset the tankless system and within five minutes it was fixed. He did not have to show me how to fix this myself, and I really appreciated his honesty! Highly recommend!

I have had these guys work on a couple different projects in Aberdeen and am completely convinced they are the best plumbers around. They are able to fix any problem we’ve had. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem. Gary is awesome at getting the job done in the most efficient and cost effective way.

We had some ongoing issues with our bathroom sink, toilet and kitchen sink. Gary was at the house within a few days of discussing the issues and replaced some items with what he had on hand and made suggestions on other items we needed. He was back to replace the parts we purchased within a few days. He was very reasonably priced and very efficient.

These guys were quick, reliable and really a fair price, I have used them another time in the past as well, But this time was for a pipe that broke in the wall that went to the toilet, It flooded the bath room before I got the water off. They came almost right out for the emergency call and got the piped fixed plus fixed the drip on the bathroom sink as well. NO mess when they were done and everything is still working awesome today, Just want to share that if you want an honest business to fix your plumbing right the first time call these guys. I saved the number to my phone for future problems as well.

Thank you to Gary Lutz and Plumb Line Plumbing for his expertise and timely replacement of a hot water heater at the 8th Street Ale House in Hoquiam, on April 30th! The water heater suddenly went out in the early morning. However, by 2 pm, Gary had a new on-demand water heater online so the 8th Street Ale House was able to serve great drinks and tasty food! I highly recommend Gary for any home or business plumbing work!

Gary and company are amazing. The Hoquiam Elks Lodge uses this company all the time. They are reliable, efficient and reasonable. Recently we had a huge problem and Gary was there until the problem was finally fixed. We had an emergency issue one Friday night at bingo and Gary fixed it so we didn't have to shut down. I highly recommend this company. I also have used them personally at my home
